【IBL】糖尿病監測新標的，ANGPTL分析試劑組



橫濱市立大學附屬綜合醫療中心，內分泌與糖尿病科的Marina Harada醫學博士等人進行了一項研究，對糖尿病患者血液中的84種代謝標的物與脂肪代謝的關聯性進行評估。結果顯示ANGPTL3, 8的高度表現患者皆呈現較差的血脂狀態，其中ANGPTL8的表現與高三酸甘油脂水平呈現高度相關性，因此ANGPTL8可能成為治療糖尿病患者的潛在標靶之一。
