Histology Staining Kits 組織化學染色套組
ScyTek Laboratories提供多種組織化學染色試劑套組。套組內包含所需試劑，利用化學鍵結方式使不同組織呈現不同顏色以達成區別之目的，大幅減少染色時間。適用於石蠟切片、冷凍切片、細胞、或是抹片樣本，供臨床病理檢驗單位與研究機構使用。

Super Block
  • 無血清protein block，專為免疫標記技術(immunolabeling)所設計
  • 減少非特異性染色而產生的背景值

  • 使用前不須混合或稀釋


Pro-Block
  • 無血清protein block，專為免疫標記技術(immunolabeling)所設計
  • 減少非特異性染色而產生的背景值
  • 適用於IHC, ELISA, Blot, In-situ技術
  • 使用前不須混合或稀釋
  • 相似Super Block，但不含有酪蛋白(Casein)成分
  • 0.2 µm無菌過濾


使用方法
  • For IHC(僅需5分鐘完成blocking !)：加一抗前，將玻片於室溫下或37℃浸泡在Super Block中5分鐘，然後以緩衝液清洗一次
  • ELISA(僅需2-10分鐘完成blocking !)：加Sample前，將Super Block加入well中，置放2-10分鐘，然後以緩衝液清洗well一次
  • Blot：加一抗前，將Blot浸泡在Super Block中，放置於室溫下1小時，或於2-8℃ overnight

Mounting Media

Aqueous Mount (Low Viscosity) 低黏性水溶性封片膠

  • 特別為可溶於酒精中的chromogens (如Fast Rad 或 AEC) 所配製
  • 方便的滴管瓶或瓶裝
  •  使用前不需加熱
  • 染色過程完成後，可以將玻片放在水中浸泡移除蓋玻片


使用方法

 

  • 於染色完成的組織上滴上幾滴Aqueous Mount，蓋上蓋玻片。若需移除蓋玻片，將玻片放在水中浸泡過夜

FluoreGuard™ Mounting Medium (Hard Set)™ 螢光保護水溶性封片膠

  • 特別為螢光玻片所配製的水溶性封片膠
  • 乾燥後形成半固層，避免由於移動蓋玻片造成的組織損傷，便於長期保存
  • Hard Set 意指在潮濕條件下可乾燥的更好
  • 方便的滴管瓶或瓶裝


使用方法

 

  1. 於染色完成的組織上滴上幾滴FluoreGuard Mounting Medium (Hard Set)，蓋上蓋玻片
  2.  讓FluoreGuard乾燥30分鐘，若放置過夜，會形成半固層
  3.  若需移除蓋玻片，將玻片放在PBS浸泡過夜

Marking Products

PAP Pen 標記筆

  • 在玻片上面圈選欲染色組織周圍，可形成薄膜狀屏障，避免抗體溶液、染劑、緩衝液加入後流出圈選範圍外
  • 特殊配方，不溶於酒精和丙酮
  • 染色過程完成之後可用二甲苯(xylene)移除
