MSC Medium

Miltenyi Biotec提供多種培養基選擇,支持人類MSCs擴增以及分化為脂肪細胞、成骨細胞和軟骨細胞。 MSCs來源可為骨髓、臍帶、脂肪。不同的StemMACS分化培養基適用於分析MSCs的分化能力或進行品管,以及涉及MSCs分化過程的體外研究,包括基因表達和蛋白質分析。

StemMACS™ MSC Expansion Media Kit XF, human
(內含500 mL basal media 和 7 mL Supplement)設計用於培養擴增人類骨髓或其他組織來源的MSCs。

Stimulation reagent 細胞刺激試劑

Polyclonal stimulation

MACSiBeadTM Particles
MACSiBeads是細胞大小的顆粒,可以裝載任何種類的抗體來刺激各種細胞 (例如: T cell, NK cell and MSC)。細胞大小顆粒能夠模擬抗原呈現細胞,當MACSiBeads帶有CD2,CD3和CD28的抗體時,能有效的促進T細胞的活化。

T Cell TransAct
同時包含CD3與CD28促進劑的奈米聚合物,為即開即用無菌包裝的試劑。能夠溫和且有效的刺激T細胞活化與增生,同時保持高存活率。T Cell TransAct分成兩種等級 (research and GMP grade),讓您的T細胞基礎研究完整的銜接到臨床實驗。

以Pan T Cell Isolation Kit純化的human T cells培養在含有IL-2 (20 IU/mL)的TexMACS Medium中,以建議的titier(1:100)加入T Cell TransAct,活化T cells。

Cytostim
快速且有效的刺激CD4和CD8 T 細胞,能使用在PBMC、單細胞懸浮液或全血樣本,因為不具有毒性,可做為SEB的代替物。在抗原專一性T細胞的分析或細胞內細胞激素的檢測等實驗,可當作陽性對照組使用。

所有的MACS GMP細胞培養袋都是獨立包裝、無菌且經過內毒素測試,內含整合的套管組適合做無菌對接。
 
獨特設計的MACS GMP Expansion Bags具有間隔的細胞培養空間,能輕易的打開密封條。隨著細胞的生長週期,可增加培養基的體積 (8 mL – 100 mL),而不需置換容器,能夠將低汙染的機率。
 
同時也可利用MACS GMP Cell Differentiation Bags在單個細胞培養空間進行細胞分化實驗,有多種體積的培養袋可供選擇 (100, 250, 500, 1000, 3000 mL),不具有密封條做間隔。
