人類201B7 iPSCs 生長在飼養層細胞(MEFs)轉換至無飼養層細胞的飼養條StemFit®Basic02或市售培養基A培養在不同的細胞外基質上 (1000 cells/cm2),培養一週的結果。
以單顆細胞(single-cell clone)傳代具有優異的集落形成效
將人類iPSC接種在Matrigel上以StemFit或市售的A或B培養基培養超過3代。然後,將細胞連續稀釋並以1 cell/well 或10 cells/well 接種在塗覆有Matrigel的96孔盤上。3小時後計數細胞數量,並在第7天計數集落。
